Application for a job curating at the IKON gallery

Today I applied for a curating job at the IKON gallery in Birmingham. I don't feel I have the right experience for the job, however I have helped curate a couple of exhibitions at Plymouth College of Art & I do understand the procedure. I feel this is good experience though!
